Job summary

Kaapi Machines in Mumbai seeks an experienced Sales/Pre-Sales professional to identify and qualify potential customers, respond to inquiries, and provide product information. The role requires 2+ years in sales, B2B experience preferred, and strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

Working days are six per week, with significant CRM usage and daily outbound calling. The ideal candidate will be organized, quick to respond, and able to maintain customer records accurately while driving

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers based on their needs and requirements.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp and telephone.
• Provide accurate and informative product information to potential customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Daily calling: 120–150 dials.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and telephone.

Provide accurate and informative product information to potential customers.

Daily Calling: 120–150 dials

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.

Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi

Skills requires: -

• Previous experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales position preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organized, efficient & quick to respond.
• Exceptional customer service skills / Strong listening and sales skills.

• Additional Notes: B2B experience preferred.
