Probus Insurance is seeking dynamic Inside Sales Executives to join our team. You will engage with our agent/POSP network to drive insurance business, nurture partnerships, and support growth. This role focuses on partner-facing activities rather than direct customer sales.

The position requires proactive communication, problem-solving, and the ability to explain products and schemes to partners, issue quotes, process renewals, and handle business queries with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Contact and follow up with insurance agents/POSPs through calls and WhatsApp.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners for business growth.
• Explain insurance products, schemes, and company offerings to partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy processing and quotations.
