Job summary

R9 Wealth is seeking an Agency Manager Insurance Sales to lead growth via the agency channel. You will recruit, onboard, and develop POSP/Agency Associates while driving Life, General, and Health insurance sales.

Build strong agency partnerships, drive activation and productivity, and ensure policy issuance with compliant processes. The role requires strong communication, sales leadership, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency/channel sales in insurance.
• Proven ability to recruit and onboard agents.
• Knowledge of Life, General, Health insurance products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage POSP/Agency Associates.
• Drive sales of Life, General, and Health Insurance products through the agency channel.

• Ensure regular partner activation, engagement, and productivity.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and insurance regulations.
• Develop and maintain a strong agency network to support business growth.
