Job summary

Probus Insurance is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves working with our agent/POSP network to drive insurance business, build strong relationships, and support business growth. This is not a direct customer sales role.

The position focuses on engaging with partners, explaining products, and coordinating quotations, policy issuance, renewals, and queries to ensure smooth policy processing and sustained growth.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with insurance agents/POSPs through calls and WhatsApp.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners.
• Generate insurance business through the agency/POSP channel.
• Explain insurance products, schemes, and company offerings to partners.
• Support partners with quotations, policy issuance, renewals, and business queries.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams for smooth policy processing.
• Track partner performance and ensure regular engagement.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and partner interactions in the CRM/MIS.
• Stay updated on insurance products, company policies, and market trends.
