Job summary

Aquaaworld Greentech is hiring a front-line customer liaison in Hyderabad to handle inquiries, understand client needs, and book meetings for the design team. Training will be provided on our products and processes to ensure smooth onboarding.

The role involves speaking with clients via phone and WhatsApp, gathering project details, scheduling site visits, and keeping the CRM up to date with weekly reporting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome and we will train you on our products and process.
• Good spoken English and Telugu; Tamil is a plus.
• Comfortable talking to people on the phone and on WhatsApp.
• Organised, persistent, and follows up without being reminded.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets

The role

You will be the first point of contact for everyone who wants to work with us. You'll answer inquiries, understand what each client needs, and book meetings for our design team. We will train you fully on our products and process.
