Job summary

Qualifications

• Generate and qualify sales leads through telephone calls.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
• Schedule customer appointments or service visits when required.
• Maintain customer and call records.
• Coordinate with the sales team and share lead details and follow-up updates.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–3 years in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or a related field.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
• Confident and positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate with customers and generate leads.
• Previous telemarketing/sales experience will be an advantage.
