iLiveConnect, a healthcare technology company in Gurugram, is hiring a Patient Relationship Executive to connect with patients, understand their healthcare needs, and schedule OPD appointments. The role is office-based with a focus on delivering high levels of patient satisfaction.

The candidate should communicate fluently in Hindi and English, manage high call volumes, and maintain accurate records using MS Office and CRM tools. Healthcare experience will be an advantage.

• Connect with patients over phone calls to understand their healthcare requirements.
• Schedule and confirm OPD appointments with doctors.
• Conduct timely follow-up calls with prospective and existing patients.
• Guide patients through the appointment booking process.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update the CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Address patient queries professionally and empathetically.
• Meet daily follow-up and appointment scheduling targets.
• Deliver a high standard of patient satisfaction in every interaction.

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, patient coordination, healthcare, relationship management, or similar roles.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare, hospitals, diagnostics, clinics, or health-tech will be an advantage.
