Job summary

Medanta, Gurgaon, is seeking a Customer Support Executive to engage patients through inbound and outbound calls, provide information on diagnostic services and home-care solutions, and help with service bookings and home sample collection.

The role targets monthly targets while ensuring a positive patient experience; prior experience in healthcare/BPO is preferred and a proactive attitude is valued.

Responsibilities

• Managing Home Care appointments (Home Sample Collection, Nursing Care/Visits, Medicine delivery, Child and Adult Vaccination, Patient Care Giver at Home & Physiotherapy at Home).
• Handling customer complaints and follow-ups.
• Handling calls — both inbound and outbound.
• Having knowledge of Home Care Services.
• Tracking and making recommendations for enhancing customer experience Home Care Services.
• Home Care operations assigned by supervisor.

Job Purpose:

To engage with patients through inbound and outbound calls, provide information about prescribed diagnostic services and home-care solutions, facilitate service bookings and home sample collection, and achieve assigned monthly targets while ensuring a positive patient experience.
