Job summary

Medanta in Gurgaon is seeking a Customer Support executive to engage with patients via inbound and outbound calls, providing information about prescribed diagnostic services and home-care solutions, and facilitating service bookings and home sample collection.

The role aims to achieve monthly targets while ensuring a positive patient experience, handling Home Care appointments, follow-ups, and service delivery.

• Handling customer complaints and follow-ups.
• Handling calls — both inbound and outbound.
• Having knowledge of Home Care Services.
• Tracking and making recommendations for enhancing customer experience Home Care Services.
• Home Care operations assigned by supervisor.

Job Purpose:
