Responsibilities

• Managing Home Care appointments including sample collection and nursing care.
• Handling customer complaints and follow-ups effectively.
• Managing inbound and outbound calls related to home care services.
• Knowledge of home care services is essential.
• Tracking customer experiences and recommending improvements.
• Overseeing home care operations assigned by supervisor.

Job Purpose

To ensure seamless Service Delivery and Customer Satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

• Managing Home Care appointments (Home Sample Collection, Nursing Care / Visits, Medicine delivery, Child and Adult Vaccination, Patient Care Giver at Home & Physiotherapy at Home)
• Handling customer complaints and follow-ups
• Handling calls — both inbound and outbound
• Having knowledge of Home Care Services
• Tracking and making recommendations for enhancing customer experience Home Care Services.
• Home Care operations assigned by supervisor
