Job summary

Cybix Technical Services, Noida, is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to generate qualified leads, assist in proposals, and promote IT services including IT Infrastructure AMC.

The role focuses on outreach, cold calls, data building, and coordinating with the sales team to close deals; requires a graduate with at least 1 year in inside sales.

Qualifications

• Graduate with good communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year in inside sales or similar role.
• Ability to generate customer interest on first contact.
• Experience building prospect databases for tele-calling.
• Familiarity with Google/LinkedIn for lead research.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure services is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office for proposals and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own lead generation targets.

• Provide all relevant information to the concerned sales executive for them to take it up further for closing the leads.

Role Summary The incumbent will be responsible for generating qualified business leads from prospective customers, assisting sales team in the preparation of business proposals and solutions offering and extend support throughout the lead conversion and closure process. The incumbent will promote and sell the organization’s portfolio of IT services and solutions, including IT Infrastructure Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), etc. and any other products or services introduced by the company from time to time.

• Own lead generation targets
• Searching and building prospects data using available tools
• Establish contact with prospects and make cold calls for generating business leads
• Provide all relevant information to the concerned sales executive for them to take it up further for closing the leads

Qualifications: Graduate.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales.

• Excellent skills on managing digital media – Google, Linked-in

• Basic knowledge of IT Products, Infrastructure Maintenance Services, Security & cloud services.
