Job summary

Sai Industrial Supplies is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive in Chennai, Tamil Nadu to close deals and nurture customer relationships. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to present products via phone, email and WhatsApp, while addressing questions and resolving issues.

Ideal candidates have proven Inside Sales or customer service experience, a track record of meeting quotas, and comfort with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Inside Sales Executive or other sales/customer service role.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota.
• Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Excellent knowledge of English (Compulsory), Hindi & Regional language preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

Responsibilities

• Closing sales deals and maintaining good customer relationships.
