Job summary

AqTronics Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a driven sales professional to manage lead generation and convert opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will coordinate with regional teams, assist with quotes, and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in sales, excellent communication and presentation skills, and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel and own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma preferred.
• Prior sales experience and customer relationship management a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good presentation skills for effective business development.
• Comfortable working across cross functional teams.
• Comfortable working in result-oriented environments.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi.
• Keen interest in working in the Electronics & Semiconductor Components.
• Own vehicle is a must as the position requires travelling to meet customers.

Responsibilities

• Managing the various lead generations given by the Regional Sales and Field Sales managers.
• Converting lead generations to successfully opportunities and maintaining customer relationship.
• Retrieving the necessary information about the company and creating a profile for the same.
• Sending out a quote to customers from your account whenever required by the customer.
• Seeking assistance from the respective sales team of Aqtronics for any support required about customer visits or any assistance with high value / complex enquiries.
• Providing regular updates on the status of leads provided by the Digital Marketing team and regular feedback on the volume/quality of leads sent to you
• Coordinating with supply chain and operations for customer support issues of all customers handled by you and ensuring queries are resolved in a timely manner.
• Ensure customer payments are recovered in a timely manner to manage cash flow.
