Aufgaben

• Solution & service selling: Support the Sales Manager by understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable ABB drives, motors, control panels, Fluke instruments and service packages (spares, repairs and maintenance).
• Generate leads: Prepare technical presentations, explain product features and scientific processes, and generate high quality leads for both products and services.
• Manage sales cycle: Follow up on prospects, secure orders, negotiate prices, arrange deliveries and contribute to upselling and cross selling opportunities for equipment and after sales services.
• Technical liaison & support: Discuss equipment needs with customers, collaborate with design and programming teams, provide after sales support, and recommend improvements or upgrades.
• Market feedback: Log client feedback, collect competitive intelligence and share it with the Sales Manager to refine product and service offerings.

• Solution & service selling: Support the Sales Manager by understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable ABB drives, motors, control panels, Fluke instruments and service packages (spares, repairs and maintenance).
