Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in IT support / system administration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues quickly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Set up, configure, and maintain systems, operating systems, and applications.
• Manage user access, emails, passwords, and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Monitor and maintain network connectivity, Wi‑Fi, and internet performance.
• Handle IT asset management, documentation, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure data backups and security protocols are followed.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues
• Set up, configure, and maintain systems, operating systems, and applications
• Manage user access, emails, passwords, and basic cybersecurity practices
• Monitor and maintain network connectivity, Wi‑Fi, and internet performance
• Handle IT asset management, documentation, and vendor coordination
• Ensure data backups and security protocols are followed

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux, networking, security, and hardware troubleshooting
• Experience with Access Points, Firewalls, and Network Management
• Hands‑on knowledge of NAS Storage & Backup Solutions
• Familiarity with SIEM / Security Monitoring Tools
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365
• Understanding of Endpoint Security solutions (AV, EDR, etc.)
