We are looking for a highly driven Trainee Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This is a hands‑on, entry‑level role ideal for individuals passionate about human capital, recruitment technology, and workforce planning. You will receive comprehensive training to gain technical proficiency in end-to-end recruitment and talent lifecycle management across diverse industry verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full‑cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for candidate and client data management.
- Source active and passive candidates using Boolean search, X-ray search, social recruiting, and resume databases (e.g., Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to conduct skills gap analysis and job requirement gathering from hiring managers.
- Draft and optimize job descriptions using SEO and industry-relevant terminology.
- Perform candidate prescreening for both technical and soft skill alignment using structured interviewing methods.
- Support in market intelligence research, including talent mapping, salary benchmarking, and competitor analysis.
- Schedule and coordinate technical interviews, panel discussions, and client submittals.
- Maintain compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and company-specific diversity hiring policies.
- Keep recruitment metrics updated: submittal‑to‑interview ratio, time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, etc.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing extensions).
- Basic understanding of technical terminologies (e.g., Java, Python, ERP, DevOps, EHR, CNC, AutoCAD – depending on vertical focus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, metrics-oriented environment.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and internet research tools.
