Job summary

Visit Health is seeking an Inbound Customer Support Executive in Bengaluru to handle inbound calls, understand queries, and provide accurate information for timely resolution and a smooth customer experience.

The role requires 1–2 years in inbound calling or customer service, excellent verbal communication, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams. Openings require Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi and English or Hindi and English; shift timings include 7:30 AM–12:30 PM and 4:30 PM–8:00 PM.
