Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and fluent Hindi-speaking professional to handle inbound customer calls. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently, and a proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers and respond to queries professionally and courteously.
  
• Provide accurate information related to products, services, and processes.
  
• Ensure first-call resolution by addressing customer concerns effectively.
  
• Record and update customer details and interaction notes in the system.
  
• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department for prompt resolution.
  
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to service quality standards.
  
• Meet daily/weekly call handling and productivity targets.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree (mandatory).
  
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi (mandatory) and good communication skills in English;
  
• Prior experience in a BPO/voice process is preferred but not mandatory (freshers with strong Hindi communication skills can apply).
