Job summary

The Skill Hub is hiring for a Domestic / International Voice Process Executive to support e-commerce and healthcare clients. You will handle customer calls, provide clear information, and book appointments while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires maintaining professional communication, working in rotational shifts, and adapting to business needs across multiple locations in India.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduation (any stream).
• Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
• Knowledge of regional languages such as Telugu, Hindi, Odia, Bengali preferred.
• Good knowledge of medical terms or healthcare processes.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to business needs.
• Prior experience in healthcare BPO or customer service preferred.

Job Opening: Domestic / International Voice Process Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and knowledgeable professionals to join our Customer Support Voice Process team. This role involves e- commerce support, patient interaction, appointment booking, and explaining healthcare packages with clarity and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls as per business requirements
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication standards

Work Schedule

• 5-day working with 2 split week offs
• Rotational shifts for male employees
• Day rotational shifts for female employees
• No cab facility provided

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduation (any stream)
