Job summary

WSNE Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Gurgaon is seeking candidates for a customer service role to handle inbound domestic calls, understand customer requirements, and provide timely resolutions.

The position emphasizes professional customer interactions, accurate documentation, and adherence to quality metrics. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome; prior BPO/voice process exposure is preferred, along with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• In-hand: 25,000 33,000 per month
