Job Summary :

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented freshers to join our Inbound & Outbound Calling Team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing information, resolving queries, conducting follow-up calls and supporting business objectives through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Calling

• Attend incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Address customer complaints and elevate issues when required.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the system.

Outbound Calling

• Make outbound calls to customers for collection/recovery.
• Inform customers about products, services, offers, and campaigns.
• Collect customer feedback and update records.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments where applicable.
• Achieve daily productivity, calling target and quality parameters.
