Job summary

Benchmark Gensuite in Bangalore is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee month-end closes, P&L oversight, and compliance across regional entities.

The role requires CA with 7–10 years of accounting experience, IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, GST/TDS handling, and a drive to implement AI-driven process improvements within a global EHS and sustainability software environment.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant certification and ICAI membership preferred.
• Strong audit background with 7–10 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
• Commitment to confidentiality and high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process for multiple regional entities.
• Independent P&L management.
• Prepare, review, and present monthly financial reports.
• GST reconciliation and TDS return filing.
• Participate in Global Internal Audit procedures.
• Prepare audit schedules and support documents.
• Maintain confidentiality over sensitive information.
• Integrate AI-driven process improvements.
