Job summary

Benchmark Gensuite is seeking a Lead Product Developer in Bengaluru to drive product development across EHS and sustainability platforms. The role focuses on modern web interfaces, scalable components, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with UI frameworks, web technologies, and a solid background in software delivery, testing, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Engineering/CS or equivalent
• 5-7 years of relevant software development experience
• UI frameworks and web technologies experience

Responsibilities

• Project development and innovation following the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
• Product support including error resolution, troubleshooting, and minor improvements
• Participate in code reviews and skills development training
• Acquire experience in product knowledge
• Work with customer-facing teams on solutions
• Meet timelines, prioritize tasks, and communicate with all stakeholders
• Innovate and think creatively to deliver customer-centric solutions

Education & Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering / Computer Science or other technical training programs, highly desirable

Experience

• 5-7 Years of relevant experience
• HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, or other UI frameworks
• JS and Jquery
• React or Angular is a plus
• ColdFusion, Java, PHP, C#.net, VB.net, or similar server-side web technology
• GIT or equivalent code management tool
• SQL and relational database design experience
