Benchmark Gensuite, based in Bangalore, is seeking a Finance Specialist to join our accounting team. You will maintain books, manage invoicing data, and support AR activities for project-based work in a fast-growing software environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in accounting or AR, a B.Com, GST and TDS knowledge, and strong Excel and ERP skills. You’ll collaborate with delivery, sales, and finance to ensure accurate billing and timely collections.

• 3–5 years of accounting, billing, or AR management experience.
• B.Com degree required.
• Proficient in GST and TDS compliance.
• Strong Excel and ERP proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain books of accounts and manage customer invoicing data.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing as per project or client requirements.
• Update and track POs and SOWs for ongoing projects.
• Handle accounts receivable: follow up on outstanding payments and maintain ageing reports.
• Perform reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Coordinate with delivery, sales, and finance teams for billing-related queries.
• Apply GST and TDS during invoicing and reporting.
• Prepare periodic financial and AR reports with proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Skills And Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP tools.


• Experience in a software product or IT services setup.


• Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
