Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an IMS leader to sustain certifications and drive governance, audit excellence, and EHS performance across the organization.

You will partner with Sustainability and EHS teams to align energy conservation, safety, and environmental initiatives, while tracking actions and ensuring compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• IMS IATF Standards Expertise - certified ISO 14k, 45k,50k auditor.
• Audit Management - ISO 19001 knowledge.
• EHS Sustainability knowledge and governance compliance expertise.
• Strong Continuous Improvement mindset (Kaizen/Lean).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IMS certifications (ISO 50001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other applicable standards).
• Govern IMS processes, compliance requirements, and management system effectiveness across all functions.
• Plan, coordinate, and ensure successful completion of internal and external audits.
• Monitor and report EHS scorecard performance and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Sustainability and EHS teams to align initiatives and objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and Kaizen culture across the organization.
• Create engagement for energy savings, sustainability, safety, and environmental stewardship.
• Track corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• Support management reviews and continual IMS improvement.
