Job description

We are hiring experienced professionals for the position of IMS Lead Auditor / IMS Consultant for ISO implementation, auditing, consultancy, training, and compliance management activities across India. Candidates should possess practical experience in Integrated Management Systems (IMS), ISO certification processes, internal auditing, documentation, and continual improvement systems.The role involves conducting audits, implementing management systems, preparing documentation, delivering training programs, and supporting organizations in achieving compliance with international standards.Candidates having prior experience as Management Representative, ISO Consultant, Internal Auditor, or Certification Body Professional will be preferred.

• Conduct Internal Audits and Lead Audits for management systems
• Perform ISO implementation, consultancy, and documentation support
• Deliver ISO awareness and internal auditor training programs
• Prepare SOPs, manuals, procedures, formats, and audit reports
• Conduct gap analysis and compliance assessments
• Support organizations during certification and surveillance audits
• Handle QMS, EMS, OHSMS, and EnMS implementation projects

• Implement continual improvement initiatives such as 5S, TQM, and Six Sigma
• Conduct risk assessments and compliance verification activities
• Assist organizations in achieving ISO certification and operational excellence
• Travel across India for consultancy, training, and auditing assignments

Educational Qualification

• Diploma in Engineering OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Chemical Engineering OR
• M.Sc. or equivalent qualification
