Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an IMS manager to lead and sustain the organization's Integrated Management System certifications with focus on safety, sustainability, and energy conservation.

The role requires driving governance, audit excellence, and performance monitoring across functions. You will coordinate internal and external audits, track corrective actions, and partner with Sustainability and EHS teams to drive Kaizen and continuous improvement while ensuring

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in IMS/EHS roles.
• Proven ability to manage ISO certifications including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance and audit management.
• Additional qualification in governance/compliance is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and sustain IMS certifications (ISO 50001, 14001, 45001) and other standards.
• Govern IMS processes, compliance requirements and system effectiveness.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external audits with successful completion.
• Monitor EHS scorecard performance and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Sustainability and EHS teams to align initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and Kaizen across the organization.
• Create awareness and engagement for energy saving, safety and environmental stewardship.
• Track corrective and preventive actions and close audit findings timely.
• Facilitate management reviews and improve the IMS framework.
• Promote training and best practices to strengthen quality, safety, and environment culture.

Description

Lead and sustain the organization's Integrated Management System (IMS) certifications by driving governance, audit excellence, EHS performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, sustainability, and energy conservation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IMS certifications (ISO 50001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other applicable standards).
• Govern IMS processes, compliance requirements, and management system effectiveness across all functions.
• Plan, coordinate, and ensure successful completion of internal and external audits.
• Monitor and report EHS scorecard performance, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Partner closely with Sustainability and EHS teams to align initiatives and achieve business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and Kaizen culture across the organization.
• Create employee engagement and enthusiasm for initiatives related to energy savings, sustainability, workplace safety, and environmental stewardship.
• Track corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• Facilitate management reviews and support continual improvement of the IMS framework.
• Promote awareness, training, and best practices to strengthen quality, safety, and environmental culture.

• Sustained IMS certifications with zero major non-conformities.
• Positive EHS scorecard performance and compliance achievement.
• Increased employee participation in Kaizen and sustainability initiatives.
