Job summary

Sone India is seeking an IMS Coordinator to lead the Integrated Management System across ISO standards (9001, IATF 16949, 14001, 45001, 27001, 50001) and EcoVadis. You will establish, monitor, and continually improve processes to ensure customer satisfaction, environmental sustainability, and safety performance.

You will manage document control, internal audits, management reviews, corrective actions, KPI reporting, and supplier compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires Internal Auditor certification and experience with ISO/IATF audits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve the IMS across ISO 9001, IATF 16949, 14001, 45001, 27001, 50001, 37001, SEDEX & AS 9100.
• Ensure processes meet requirements and liaise with external parties on IMS matters.
• Conduct department-wise internal audits monthly and monitor KPIs for management review.
• Provide EHS training and promote awareness of policies and customer requirements.
• Lead internal audits, address findings, and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Drive Ecovadis compliance and supplier development, ensuring product safety and regulatory alignment.

Job description

• To establish, maintain, monitor, and continually improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and EcoVadis requirements, ensuring organizational compliance, customer satisfaction, environmental sustainability, occupational health & safety, energy performance improvement, and business excellence

Responsibility:

• Establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve the ISO 9001, IATF, 14001, 45001, 27001,50001, 37001 & SEDEX & AS 9100 across the organization
• Ensure processes are effective and aligned with ISO 9001, IATF, 14001, 45001, 27001, 50001, 37001, SEDEX & AS 9100 requirements
• Act as the liaison with external parties (e.g., certification bodies, customers) on IMS-related matters
• Responsible for conducting department wise internal audits on a monthly basis
• Monitor key process indicators (KPIs) and report to Management
• Provide training related to EHS and plan training
• Promote awareness of the Policys and customer requirements throughout the organization
• Plan and lead internal audits, ensuring audits are conducted per schedule and findings are addressed
• Prepare and facilitate management review meetings with data on quality, Environment, Health and safety, Energy, Social Responsibility, Ethics, Information Security performance, risks, opportunities, and improvement actions
• Monitor and drive actions based on customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction metrics
• Ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented and verified
• Identify areas for process improvement using data analysis, risk management, and employee feedback
• Ensure integration of customer-specific requirements (CSRs) into the IMS
• Oversee compliance with IATF clauses such as risk-based thinking, contingency planning, and control of rework
• Preparation of Customer audit as per Self-assessment report and monitoring its effectiveness
• Lead the investigation and closure of internal nonconformities using structured problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, RCA)
• Monitor and verify effectiveness of corrective actions
• Working on Ecovadis platform and fulfilling its requirement
• Ensure supplier compliance with IATF requirements and support supplier development initiatives
• Manage product safety and regulatory compliance, including documentation and escalation of safety-related issues
