Technovalue is looking for an Import-Export Executive in Navi Mumbai to manage end-to-end operations including documentation, LC handling, and customs clearance. The role requires coordination with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and suppliers/customers while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will monitor shipment timelines, maintain records, and optimize logistics costs, with strong Excel and communication skills supporting smooth international trade processes.

Formación

• Familiarity with import-export procedures and documentation.
• Knowledge of customs clearance and freight forwarding processes.
• Strong MS Excel skills and professional email communication.

Responsabilidades

• Handle end-to-end import and export operations.
• Prepare and verify import-export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents (CHA), shipping lines, and transporters.
• Manage customs clearance and shipment tracking.
• Handle coordination with international suppliers and customers.
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and other applicable import-export regulations.
• Manage Letter of Credit (LC), Certificate of Origin, and other relevant documentation.
• Monitor shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and logistics costs.
• Maintain proper records of import-export transactions.
• Handle return and repair processes.
• Generate and oversee purchase orders.
