Job summary

Aakash Polyfilms Ltd. in Surat, Gujarat seeks an Import-Export Executive to manage end-to-end operations from purchase order to delivery, ensuring timely clearance of goods through customs.

You will coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines, prepare documents such as invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin, and ensure compliance with EXIM policies and DGFT regulations while optimizing inventory and warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Manage import/export operations from order to delivery, ensuring timely customs clearance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for smooth logistics.
• Prepare export/import documents: commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and related paperwork.
• Ensure DGFT and EXIM policy compliance during imports/exports.
• Oversee import management including inventory control and warehousing.
