Job summary

Panasonic Life Solutions in Gurugram seeks an experienced logistics executive to manage import/export activities, coordinate with forwarders, and ensure timely delivery of SMT machines.

You will handle shipping documents, LC operations, customs clearance, inventory monitoring, and cross‑functional coordination to track orders, respond to queries, and keep internal stakeholders informed throughout the shipment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Handling Import Queries
• Processing P.O of Imported Equipment (Pana/Other Supplier).
• Processing Import/Export (shipment/LC) related documents
• Coordinate vessel arrangement with forwarder.
• Payment process of shipping line bills, CHA bills and transporter bills (Import and Export)
• Preparation of shipping documents, custom clearance and follow-up for delivery (Import)
• Preparing GIT detail of SMT M/c (Import)
• Monitoring Inventory of SMT machines (Purchase and GIT)
• Order status monitoring.
• Co-ordination between inter Department as well external customers.
• Order tracking via MIS report
