Job summary

Shachihata India Pvt Ltd. seeks a Logistics Coordinator in Mumbai to manage documentation for samples invoices and coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely shipments. The role requires clear communication and attention to detail in handling trade paperwork.

You will liaise with clients in fluent English, follow up with buyers by call, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and email, and collaborate with internal teams to support export activities and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream; may include export-import or logistics certification.
• 1–2 years hands-on experience in supply chain or trade documentation.
• Familiar with Incoterms, port operations, and MS Office.
