Job summary

Yuto in Bengaluru is seeking an Import & Export Executive to manage end-to-end import/export operations in line with international trade laws and customs regulations. You will ensure accurate documentation and timely clearance while maintaining strong compliance.

Reporting to the Finance Department, you will coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners, monitor costs, and support records using ERP/MS Office tools to optimize the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in import-export operations and logistics is necessary.
• Strong knowledge of international trade laws, customs regulations, and global shipping procedures.
• Proficiency in shipping documentation, compliance protocols, Incoterms, and customs clearance.
• Experience in logistics management and coordination with freight forwarders.
• Highly responsible, good teamwork and having no adverse record.
