Job summary

GREYTIP SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end product implementations in Bengaluru. You will gather requirements, configure modules, and deploy solutions that align with customer needs while guiding data migration and UAT processes.

You will train client teams and ensure smooth handovers to support. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in implementation or consulting, strong SaaS experience, and excellent communication skills to manage multiple projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Certifications in project management (Agile/Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2) or SaaS tools preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in product implementation, solution delivery, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS/HRMS/Enterprise software workflows.
• Hands‑on experience with data migration, system configuration, and UAT management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/SQL for data handling and analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct client workshops to understand business processes and map them to product capabilities.
• Configure product modules and workflows to align with customer requirements.
• Manage and validate data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams during UAT and post go-live.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success) for project success.
• Track project progress, communicate status updates, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Document implementation best practices, templates, and client-specific configurations for reusability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring a seamless handover to the support team.
