BOB Eprocure Solutions in Hyderabad/Bengaluru seeks an experienced Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end Procure to Pay and Source to Contract deployments for enterprise clients. You will translate client requirements into specs, configure systems, run UAT, and train users to ensure smooth adoption.

You will monitor progress, manage risks, and guarantee timely milestone delivery while maintaining quality and providing post-go-live support and customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Experience in ERP/CRM/Procure to Pay/S2C implementations.
• Experience in SaaS product deployment or enterprise application deployment.
• Client-facing work including requirements, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Understanding of procurement and supply chain processes is a plus.
• Strong project coordination, stakeholder management and client communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end implementation of P2P/S2C software solutions for enterprise clients.
• Gather requirements and translate into functional specifications.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Support for successful implementations.
• Configure product, perform master data uploads, system setup, UAT, and deployment.
• Prepare implementation plans, schedules, status reports, and documentation.
• Conduct client training and onboarding for effective product adoption.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, resolve issues, escalate if needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining quality.
• Provide post-go-live support and coordinate with support teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
• Track deliverables, metrics, and customer feedback for improvement.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation of the company's Procure to Pay/ Source to contract software solutions for enterprise clients.
• Understand client business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams, including Product, Engineering, QA, and Support, to ensure successful implementation.
• Conduct product configuration, master data uploads, system setup, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Prepare implementation plans, project schedules, status reports, and documentation.
• Conduct client training sessions and support user onboarding to ensure effective product adoption.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve implementation issues, and elevate critical concerns when required.
• Ensure timely delivery of implementation milestones while maintaining quality standards.
• Provide post-go-live support and coordinate with the support team to ensure smooth transition.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Track project deliverables, implementation metrics, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in implementation preferable in ERP/ CRM/ Procure to Pay/ Source to contract implementation, SaaS product deployment, or enterprise application implementation.
• Experience in client-facing roles involving requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
• Understanding of procurement, supply chain, sourcing, purchase-to-pay (P2P), or ERP business processes will be an added advantage.
• Strong skills in project coordination, stakeholder management, and client communication.
• Familiarity with Excel, data management, UAT, and implementation documentation.
• Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to client locations based on project requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple implementation activities and meet project deadlines.
