Job summary

Cvent in India is seeking an experienced IT services professional to lead end-to-end SaaS implementations for clients. You will drive projects to successful on-time delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and fit agile practices.

You will build strong client relationships through proactive communication, timely status updates, and proactive issue resolution, while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continued engagement with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software implementations on time and within budget.
