Job summary

sterlo Build is seeking an Implementation Executive to support deployment and onboarding of software solutions for customers in Hyderabad. You will collaborate with clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation, training, and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring solutions, conducting product demonstrations and user training, supporting data migration, testing, go-live activities, and maintaining project

Qualifications

• Experience assisting software implementations for customers.
• Able to gather requirements and map them to processes.
• Proficient in configuring solutions per implementation plans.
• Experience conducting product demos and user training.
• Experience supporting data migration, testing, and go-live.
• Ability to track milestones and maintain project documentation.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• Provide first-level support during onboarding.
