Job summary

sterlo Build is seeking an Implementation Executive to support deployment and onboarding of software solutions for customers. You will work with clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation, training, and successful project delivery.

Key activities include requirements gathering, configuring solutions, conducting demos and onboarding sessions, and assisting with data migration and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in software implementation projects.
• Ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Comfort with training end-users and conducting demos.

Responsibilities

• Assist in software implementation and deployment activities for customers.
• Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and understand business processes.
• Configure solutions based on customer requirements and implementation plans.
• Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and user training programs.
• Support data migration, testing, validation, and go-live activities.
• Track implementation progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Document customer requirements, implementation processes, and project updates.
• Provide first-level support during implementation and onboarding phases.
• Work closely with product, support, and development teams to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and successful product adoption.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and implementation records.
• Participate in customer meetings and provide regular status updates.
