Job summary

Everstage is seeking a customer-focused Enterprise CSM in Hyderabad to map current processes and align the Everstage product with large enterprise requirements. You will coordinate with multiple departments to gather necessary data, then craft implementation plans and timelines while communicating progress to clients.

You will configure customer instances, implement compensation plans, and provide onboarding and training to admins and payees, ensuring smooth deployments and high customer

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in a relevant customer facing role for North America/ EU/ AUS regions.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Understanding of product integrations and APIs.
• Strong mathematical aptitude.
• Experience in handling enterprise customers.
• Proficient with SQL, Excel & Data Transformation.
• Comfortable in handling implementation projects independently.
