Everstage in Chennai is seeking a skilled Implementation professional to map customer processes and tailor the Everstage product for large-enterprise requirements. You will coordinate inputs from multiple departments, build detailed implementation plans and timelines, and keep customers updated throughout deployment.

The role includes configuring customer instances, implementing compensation plans, and providing onboarding and training to admins and payees, with a focus on NA/EU/AUS regions and

Qualifications

• 3-6 yrs of experience in a relevant customer facing role for North America/ EU/ AUS regions.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Understanding of product integrations and APIs.
• Strong mathematical aptitude.
• Experience in handling enterprise customers.
• Proficient with SQL, Excel & Data Transformation.
• Comfortable in handling implementation projects independently.
