Job summary

Sterlo is seeking an experienced professional to install, configure, and implement Sterlo software in hospital settings across India. You will tailor configurations, import master data, and ensure seamless integration with HIS data while coordinating across Administration, Billing, Lab, Pharmacy, and Nursing teams.

Responsibilities include conducting UAT, supporting go-live, and providing onsite and remote post-implementation assistance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in HIS/EMR or hospital software implementation.
• Any Graduate or Postgraduate in a related field is acceptable.

• Possess a basic understanding of integrating the software with HIS data.
• Collaborate with various hospital departments (Administration, Billing, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Nursing, etc.) to gather requirements and map suitable solutions.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth and successful go-live.
• Provide both onsite and remote support during post-implementation phases.
• Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues promptly and efficiently, with support from the technical team.
• Track implementation progress and proactively mitigate risks or delays.
• Conduct periodic success reviews with clients to identify additional value-add modules or optimizations.
• Conduct end-user and hospital staff training sessions on implemented modules.
• Document client feedback, release plans, and maintain implementation reports.
