Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Electronics or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in hospital IT operations.
• Hands-on experience with HIS/LIS/RIS/PACS integrations.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and network support.
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Hospital Information System modules.
• Handle LIS integration with laboratory equipment.
• Provide support for Radiology systems including RIS/PACS integration.
• Coordinate with vendors for upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Monitor interfaces between HIS, LIS, RIS, PACS, and other healthcare applications.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of user complaints and provide technical support to hospital staff.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, system documentation, and user access records.
• Support data backup, system security, antivirus management, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with clinical departments to understand operational requirements and optimize system usage.
• Assist in IT projects, software upgrades, and implementation of new technologies.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in Healthcare IT, Networking, or System Administration will be an added advantage.
