Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare IT application support in a hospital environment.
• Knowledge of hospital systems such as OPD, IPD, Billing, Pharmacy, Lab and Radiology.
• Familiarity with HL7 and healthcare data workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to systems such as Akhil Systems, MyHealthcare, IT Dose or KareXpert is preferred.
