Job description

We're seeking an Implementation Specialist to onboard new behavioral health practices onto our EHR platform. You'll configure the software for each practice's unique workflows, migrate their data, train their staff, and ensure successful go‑live. This role requires someone who can understand complex healthcare workflows, translate customer needs into system configurations, and patiently guide non‑technical users through learning a comprehensive EHR system. You'll work with practices ranging from solo providers to 50+ clinician organizations, each with unique billing rules, forms, and workflows. Responsibilities:

Configure EHR modules for new customers including billing rules, fee schedules, and clinical forms
Conduct requirements gathering sessions to understand practice workflows
Set up insurance payers, CPT codes, modifiers, and billing configurations
Migrate historical patient data from legacy systems or spreadsheets
Create custom forms, assessments, and treatment plans per practice needs
