• Connect with prospective clients through company-generated and self-generated leads.
• Understand clients' immigration goals through detailed consultations.
• Guide clients regarding Permanent Residency, Work Permits, Business Immigration, Investment Migration, Student Visas, Golden Visas and Citizenship Programs.
• Explain immigration pathways based on current immigration laws, policies and eligibility criteria
• Conduct professional consultations and build long-term client relationships
• Convert qualified prospects into successful clients through ethical and consultative selling.
• Maintain accurate client records using the company's CRM platform.
• Follow up with clients throughout the sales process and ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal processing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Consistently achieve monthly performance and revenue targets
• Continuously upgrade knowledge of global immigration programs through internal training.
