GreenTree Immigration in Chennai seeks an energetic sales counselor to handle incoming leads, understand client profiles, and counsel on PR, visa and immigration options.

You will explain eligibility, timelines, fees, and next steps, conduct follow-ups, convert prospects into registrations, and maintain CRM records. Prior experience in immigration, visa consultancy, education, or sales is preferred.

This role is target-driven and requires strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Qualificações

• Experience in immigration or visa consultancy preferred.
• Excellent communication, counselling, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to meet monthly sales targets and manage client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming leads through calls, enquiries, walk-ins and digital platforms.
• Understand the client's profile, requirements and immigration goals.
• Counsel clients on suitable PR, visa and immigration options.
• Explain eligibility, process, timelines, fees and next steps clearly.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and convert prospects into registrations.
• Handle client objections related to eligibility, pricing and timelines.
• Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the Process Team after client registration.
• Follow GTI's pricing, discount and client-handling guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
