Job summary

Bigbasket in Bengaluru is seeking an energetic Training Specialist to design and conduct training programs for employees, covering process and soft-skills, and to tailor content to regional needs. You will maintain training calendars, ensure records, and monitor on-the-job performance across stores with extensive travel.

The role requires collaboration with Operations and Corporate Training teams to build a scalable regional function.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of classroom training experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with Training Team and regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training programs, including process and soft-skills training, for employees.

• Suggest appropriate modifications and improvements to training content to the Corporate Training Team, as and when required.
• Plan and execute training programs and training calendars in close coordination with Operations teams for both new joiners and existing associates through refresher training.
• Ensure training assets and resources are available on time and utilized effectively.

• Experience in high-growth organizations with an entrepreneurial mindset will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence multiple Training Team members, regional stakeholders, and the Corporate Training Team.

Travel Requirement: Extensive travel across 5 stores will be required.
