Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a proactive Training Specialist to design and implement comprehensive employee training programs across levels in our Tamil Nadu operations. You will develop manuals, plans, and support materials to drive a highly skilled and motivated workforce.

• Graduation or higher required.
• Proficiency in MS-office.

Responsibilities

• Design training manuals, training plans, feedback survey forms, support materials and modules on all products and processes.
• Design, develop, plan, administrate and implement effective training activities for employees at different levels to build a motivated and multi-skilled workforce.
• Conduct training needs analysis and develop, administer and implement the training plan.
• Manage internal technical trainings and track trainee performance on the shop floor (Training Tracker).
• Ensure to assess the effectiveness of training after every program conducted.
• Keep abreast of latest trends and innovations in the domain.
• Analyze training metrics and provide timely reviews and feedback to Head- T&D.
• Establish and maintain high performance standards throughout the training process.

Key Responsibilities

• Design training manuals, training plans, feedback survey forms, support materials and modules on all products and processes

• Conduct training needs analysis and develop, administer and implement the training plan

• Keep abreast of the latest information on innovations in trends in the Domain
• Analyse the training metrics and send the timely reviews and feedback to Head- T&D
• Establish and maintain high performance standards throughout the training process
