Euro Aircon International in India seeks a Sales & Estimation Engineer to identify business opportunities and prepare accurate HVAC cost estimates. You will coordinate with clients, submit techno-commercial proposals, and drive sales targets across commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

The role requires strong HVAC knowledge, AutoCAD reading, and proficiency in cost estimation, tender management, and negotiations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HVAC Sales & Estimation
• Experience in commercial and industrial HVAC projects preferred
• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Engineering

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential HVAC projects.
• Generate leads through client visits, referrals, consultants, contractors, and architects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and consultants.
• Technical discussions with clients.
• Prepare and submit quotations and commercial proposals.
• Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate prices to close orders.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or MIS.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and service teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Review tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and drawings.
• Prepare detailed HVAC cost estimates for VRF, DX, Chiller, Ventilation, and Ducting systems.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Calculate material, labour, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Obtain quotations from vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare techno-commercial offers and tender submissions.
• Ensure estimates comply with project specifications and company standards.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and site surveys when required.
• Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Engineering.

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in HVAC Sales & Estimation.
• Experience in commercial and industrial HVAC projects is preferred.
