You will take-off quantities from HVAC drawings, analyze costs, obtain vendor quotations, and coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure competitive bids and successful tenders.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Advanced MS Excel, plus strong analytical and negotiation skills, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in HVAC costing and estimation.
• Knowledge of VRF/VRV, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Advanced MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
